Quite the experience in the artistry of flavor and worth the wait at the door. Do plan your visit accordingly. Large groups may be challenging, as this noodle bar is often crowded with patrons waiting to slurp up on the best ramen broth in town. When I describe being the best, I don't mean the noodles. The noodles is the vehicle that carries what you will ultimately pay highly for. There are two types of ramen type dishes to choose from. The dip style will deliver to you a level of umami using seafood. The standard miso or tonkotsu is equally delicious and with an available heat level that is delightful. The staff is extremely informative and inviting. Do ask questions if you should find yourself with a question or two.

Came here per invitations from a coworker & his wife. Parking was more ample with the underbelly parking structure. Although the space was empty the Thursday night we arrived at 6pm, by 6:45, there was a line of diners waiting on the 7-8 tables inside. I ordered their Killer Noodle ramen which, once all the contents inside were mixed together, was a splendid blend of hearty and creamy flavors without feeling too gelatinous and fatty. As a self-identified amateur spice connoisseur, I ordered the standard spice level of 3 for the Killer Noodle entree, which didn't really provide me all that much of a kick (thankfully). So much so that the next time I intend to go up in spice to ~5. My girlfriend vegan ramen tasted like a delightful Japanese style minestrone.

This is a spot for yummy ramen and other Japanese dishes to satisfy the tastebuds. Lines form fast but lots of seating areas outside. The problem with seating outdoors is there aren't much shade from sunnier days and blustery conditions. Luckily we got a table for four inside. The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is good and fiery. If you have a big tolerance for spicy food this dish will not disappoint. The Salmon & Ikura Bowl is simple yet very tasty and satisfying! The Tonkotsu Ramen with Egg and Chashu Ramen are wonderful and luscious as well. Portions are generous but not overwhelming.

My nephew craved ramen lately so we decided to find a few places to try. We decided to come here after I got off work. Guess what? Best ramen decision ever!! When we arrived we were seated pretty quickly. My nephew ordered the Ajitama Ramen. I tried some of the broth and wanted more lol it was so rich in flavor. It wasn't too salty. It was a perfect bowl of ramen. The noodles were fresh and tasty. I literally wanted to just take his bowl lol I ordered the Spicy Tsukemen (dipping) Ramen. It was okay, imo. The noodles were thicker and not as soft. I actually was a bit tired from chewing it lol the broth was cooked with fish sauce so it was salty. I also find it annoying to keep dipping the noodles into the sauce broth lol this also made the noodle and broth cold quicker. I am not a fan. I rather order 2 bowls of the Ajitama ramen lol Maybe the Ajitama ramen was just too good lol =] i m still thinking of it. Recently, I tried this other ramen place. It made me realized that Tsujita here in SG is such a gem! Why go the distance...one of the best ramen places is just nearby =]

Tsujita has been my go-to spot for solid ramen. In my recent visit, I went around 1:00 pm and needed to put my name on the waitlist as there was a lot of groups inside. If you need to waitlist, make sure to be nearby to listen to your name. They will only call your name 2-3 times before crossing you off the list. For parking, it wasn't too bad. There was parking available in the underground level. For my order, I got the spicy deluxe tsukemen. The chashu had a nice char to it. The soft boil egg was perfectly cooked. The dipping broth was salty as expected, but flavorful with a bit of spiciness. The service was also very quick. Within minutes of ordering, the ramen was ready! It

Sophisticated Ramen. Their original location on Sawtelle has 5K Yelp reviews mostly positive. Los Angeles foodies love this place! Tsujita specialty is the "Dipping Ramen", where the soup and noodles comes separately and you dip the cold thick yellow noodles into the piping hot ramen broth. Regular Pork Tonkotsu ramen are also an option on the menu, as well as, vegan ramen. The broth for the dipping ramen is VERY seafood forward, but not fishy. And their Tonkotsu broth is very RICH tasting - the soup consistency reminds me of milk creamer. Not sure if ld order the Tonkotsu ramen here again. Overall the dipping ramen (tsukemen) was done nicely just not my preference for ramen. Not their fault. My Yelp buddy did recommend their sister restaurants: Killer Noodle Tsujita and Annex Tsujita for a different style of ramen and I look forward to going there. Service here is outstanding. Very polite and accommodating. Parking can be found underground and it's free!

Ordered delivery here via DoorDash. Dipping noodles were very good. Love that the egg is cooked to the perfect medium runny. Dipping sauce is not too salty and has the perfect citrusy tang with the lime. Spicy chashu ramen has quite the kick and good flavor. Overall super solid ramen!
